The Missouri Department of Natural Resources is accepting written comments on the proposed Missouri 2024-2026 303(d) Impaired Waters List. This is the first of three public availability sessions the department will hold about the proposed list. These meetings are an opportunity for discussion, questions and comments on the proposed impaired waters list. The department will hold a public hearing about the proposed list on Oct. 27, 2025, as an opportunity to provide comments on the proposed impaired waters list.
