Current New or Expanded Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) Facility Applications

Listed below are electronic copies of requests for new site-specific Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) permits, or modifications to existing permits, that the department has received and is reviewing. Also listed in the table are electronic copies of issued permits that resulted from the permit or permit modification request. To review or obtain a complete permit application, please submit an Open Records/ Sunshine Law Request. 

An application is considered ‘In Process’ from the date it is received until it is closed. An application is closed when the permit is issued, the application is denied or the application is withdrawn by the applicant.

• Applications in Process Search (MoCWIS) - A list of 'In Process' water pollution-related permit applications
• Issued Site-Specific Wastewater Permits - Includes all site-specific wastewater permits issued by the department, including CAFO permits
• Permit Search (MoCWIS) - A list of effective or expired water-related permits issued by the department
