*The department is in the process of renewing this permit. If this permit is issued to your facility, please do not attempt to renew this permit through ePermitting before February 2027. Due to the current electronic system, you must reapply for the permit, not renew. The current permit expires Feb. 7, 2027. If you request a new permit for the same location before Feb. 8, 2027, you will receive a duplicative permit and no fee refund will be granted. If you have a project and work will continue after the expiration date, you will be required to obtain a new permit on or after Feb. 8, 2027, effective for 5 years, and pay another fee.
