The department will hold a second public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of Master General Permit MO-RA00000 for construction or land disturbance activity (e.g., clearing, grubbing, excavating, grading and other activities). The current Master General Permit will expire Feb. 7, 2027. This meeting is an opportunity to provide input regarding the industry review draft.
