- Clean Air Partnership - Established in 1995, the St. Louis organization’s mission: to increase awareness of regional air quality issues and to encourage activities to reduce air pollution emissions
- East-West Gateway Council of Governments - The St. Louis region's Metropolitan Planning Organization and Regional Council of Governments. This group acts as a catalyst to achieve consensus on regional issues, plan alternative actions and aggressively pursue positive change in the physical, economic and social environment.
