The Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) Stakeholder Workgroup is made up of representatives from the department; partner state, federal and local agencies; private contractors and consultants, industry groups and citizen organizations. The department organized this workgroup to hear from the user community and review the department’s list of proposed updates and revisions to the MRBCA rule and accompanying technical guidance document.
The current updates and revisions apply only to the Departmental MRBCA technical guidance document and Risk-Based Target Levels. Any proposed future changes to the Tanks MRBCA technical guidance will be handled independently. Any information regarding changes to the MRBCA rule or accompanying technical guidance documents can be found on the department's MRBCA Revision Information webpage.
