The department will hold a virtual public hearing to obtain public comments and provide permitting regulatory framework for three proposed Missouri State Operating Permits.

The department will hold a virtual public hearing to obtain public comments and provide permitting regulatory framework for three proposed Missouri State Operating Permits. Both Denali Water Solutions LLC and HydroAg Environmental LLC applied for authorization to either discharge to waters of the state, or to operate a no-discharge wastewater treatment facility. 

The department is accepting written comments on the proposed permit conditions until July 1, 2026. Please follow the links below for more details about the public comment periods.

The public hearing will be conducted according to Code of State Regulations, 10 CSR 20-6.020. At the hearing, the public can have their comments on the proposed permit conditions entered into the official record. The department will consider all written comments and comments received during the public comment period before a final decision is made.
