The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of Master General Permit MO-R22B000 for stormwater discharges from facilities engaged in wood preserving/ treating operations. This permit authorizes discharges of stormwater which have not been impacted by wastewater from wood preservation chemicals or products. This meeting is an opportunity to provide input regarding the current permit. A draft of the next permit will not yet be available at the time of the meeting, as the permit writer wishes to incorporate changes based on comments received about the current permit.
