The Proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Clean Water State Revolving Fund intended use plan and project priority list are now available for public review and comment until July 17, 2024. All comments must be received or postmarked by 5 p.m. The public can review the draft intended use plan and project priority list below. A copy can also be requested by contacting the department's Financial Assistance Center.
Written comments may be submitted by mail to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Financial Assistance Center, Attention: Sharon Davenport, P.O. Box 176, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0176 or by email to fac@dnr.mo.gov. Please include "Intended Use Plan Comments" in the subject line.
The department will hold a public hearing about the proposed documents before the Missouri Clean Water Commission on July 10, 2024.The public hearing is not a forum for debate or resolution of issues.
