The Missouri Department of Natural Resources recently invited the public to review and offer written comments on a proposed Missouri Plan for Environmental Improvement Grants. During this meeting the department will present the proposed plan and provide the public an open forum for discussion, questions and answers. The proposed plan is a required element of a federal grant the department received from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
