The department will hold a public meeting about proposed revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP): St. Louis Moderate Nonattainment Area Plan for the 2015 Ozone Standard. This meeting is an opportunity for discussion, questions and comments on the proposed plan. Attendance at this meeting may be by conference call or through Webex, using the information below. NOTICE: This public meeting may be subject to audio and video recording.

The department invites the public to review and offer written comments on the proposed plan until Aug. 3, 2023. In addition to this public meeting, the department will also hold a second public meeting and a public hearing about the proposed plan. This is the second public meeting. The same information will be presented at both meetings. After the meeting presentation, there is an open forum for questions and answers regarding the plan.
