Missouri’s Resource Recovery regulations, found in Code of State Regulations 10 CSR 25-9.020, were rescinded March 30, 2019. There are no corresponding federal regulations, therefore a resource recovery certificate is no longer required to use, reuse, legitimately recycle or reclaim hazardous waste.
