The Missouri Department of Natural Resources describes a Photographic Goods business as:
A business that sales or repairs any apparatus or equipment used for taking, developing or enlarging photographs or moving pictures, including but not limited to cameras, video cameras, camera cases, lenses, tripods and developing equipment. These goods or equipment may also be used to show sewer pipe and manhole defects.

Even though the request is approved by both Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, you must apply for and renew the license through MoDOT.
