JEFFERSON CITY, MO, NOV. 5, 2021 – Interpreters at Nathan and Olive Boone Homestead State Historic Site invite the public to grab a cup of coffee and join them virtually every third Friday of the month at noon. Participants will meet a new expert in a series of 30-minute presentations, beginning Friday, Nov. 19, on the Nathan and Olive Boone Homestead State Historic Site’s Facebook page.
The first presentation, “Welcome to the Boone Neighborhood: Rediscovering the Original Ash Grove,” will broadcast Friday, Nov. 19. The second presentation in the series, “Let’s Get Cookin’: Translating Historic Recipes,” will broadcast Friday, Dec. 17.
