Debi Gibbins requested Section 401 Water Quality Certification to accompany the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' (USACE) Permit for Nationwide Permit (NWP) 7 for “Outfall Structures and Associated Intake Structures.” The approximate coordinates for the proposed project are 38.3578°N, -90.6611°W, in Jefferson County, Missouri. The project proposes to install sewer line and an outfall structure to relocate the current lagoon outfall in order to directly discharge to the Big River. Rip rap is proposed to stabilize the outfall structure and prevent future erosion.
