The department is discussing proposed changes to Standard Operating Permit Conditions Part 1. This document of standard conditions incorporate permit conditions as required by 40 CFR 122.41 or applicable state statues or regulations. These minimum conditions include sampling, monitoring, and recording; reporting requirements; bypass and upset requirements; and administrative requirements.

This specific meeting has been postponed while we work to incorporate your previously submitted suggestions. The department will share new ideas and invite you to join us and provide input on the next scheduled meeting. In the meantime, please submit any additional comments by email at dnr.generalpermits@dnr.mo.gov or by phone at 573-751-1139.
