Sealed bids for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements; Contract
No. 2 will be received by the City of Iberia, Missouri at the office of the Owner: Iberia City Hall, 803
HWY 42, Iberia, Missouri 65486, until 11:00 a.m. local time on Feb. 24, 2026, at which time
the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Prospective bidders may examine the Biding Documents at the Issuing Office or the Office of the Owner on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Bidders may obtain copies of the bidding documents by contacting Springfield Blue Print, 219 East Perishing Street, Springfield, Missouri 65806, (417) 869-7316, www.spfdblue.com. Bidders will be responsible for purchase of any plan sets. Copies of plans and specifications can be seen or purchased for a non-refundable fee online at ww.spfdblue.com in their eDistribution plan room. Instructions to Bidders
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10 a.m. local time on Feb. 10, 2026 at the Iberia City Hall, 803 HWY 42, Iberia, Missouri 65486. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in the bidding, and to increase or decrease the amount of any class or portion of the work. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be
observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract,
Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246
This project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, which required that, to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities for training and employment be given to lower-income residents of the project area and contracts for work in connection with the project be awarded to business concerns which are located in, or owned substantial part by, persons residing in the area of the project.
This project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, established by the State of Missouri Water Pollution Control bonds and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri and a Community Development Block Grant administered by Missouri Department of Economic Development.
