The department is hosting an informational meeting to continue discussing permitting land application of industrial wastewater and wastewater treatment residuals. This meeting is the same meeting as the one originally posted to the calendar as "MOG22, MOG822 and MOG13 Master General Permit Modifications Public Meeting". This meeting is the first of two meetings to discuss the department's intent to modify Master General Permits MOG22, MOG822 and MOG13 in response to new additions to Missouri Clean Water Law regarding land applicant of industrial process wastewater and wastewaters treatment residuals. This meeting also will cover the Regulatory Impact Report (RIR), draft amendments to 10 CSR 20-6.015 and 10 CSR 20-2.010, as well as these updated documents: Industrial Nutrient Management Technical Standard (INMTS) and Land Application Management Plan (LAMP).
