The public is invited to enjoy a "Haunting in the Mill" at Montauk State Park. Family-friendly tours will be held at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24 at the Montauk Mill.
Visitors will get to experience a unique night-time tour of the historic Montauk Mill, located across the road from the picnic shelter. Volunteers and park staff, dressed in historical costumes, will help history come to life.
The first 80 guests will be allowed in for each tour, which is offered free of charge. Visitors are encouraged to wear warm clothes while they wait outside for the tour. Hot chocolate and an old-fashioned treats will be provided to children.
