JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MAY 14, 2018 – Crowder State Park will host a guided nature hike on its North Thompson Trail 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 19. The hike will start at the park’s equestrian parking lot and the guide will point out and discuss the different types of native wildflowers and animal signs participants will encounter along the trail.
Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, including comfortable closed toed shoes, and to bring their own water. Insect repellent is also recommended.
